Sol Rabinowicz

Chief Executive Director

Sol Rabinowicz is an experienced business builder and leader with proven experience in highly competitive, challenging and growth business environments. As CEO of Premier Technologies, Sol brings together his passion for technology with his expertise in strategy, sales, customer delivery and finance. His key focus is to help Premier’s customers use class leading technologies to grow their business and deliver improved service to their customers.

Lorenzo Marasco

Executive Director

Lorenzo co-founded Premier Technologies in 1986. He is a firm believer in developing and bringing to market leading technologies that meet the strategic needs of Government and business. Over the past few years he has led the development of Premier’s award-winning payments and high-volume transactions automation platforms that assist more than 30,000 organisations across Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa take away the pain of payments and receivables management.

Fausto Marasco

Executive Director

Fausto co-founded Premier Technologies in 1986 and continues to be driven by a desire to bring great customer contact technology to all organisations. He is a progressive thought leader in all areas of customer interaction management, cloud technologies, data analytics, personalisation, and IP telephony. Fausto's professional interests include high availability technical architectures, strategic business planning, and the commercialisation of new innovative technologies.

Andrew Bell

GM – Hosted Contact Centre Division

Since joining Premier over 20 years ago, Andrew has led major system integration and implementation projects for many of Australia’s leading companies. He is highly skilled across a broad range of contact centre and telephony based technologies at both the infrastructure and application levels.

Abhish Saha

GM - Transactions, Merchant Suite

Abhish has been at the forefront of payment technology for over 20 years as both an award-winning innovator and a trusted advisor to major banks and merchants. He is passionate about helping companies simplify and streamline their payments process while reducing security risks and overheads. He leads a team of specialists that constantly dream up, design and deliver better payment solutions that improve customer experience for all businesses.

Anthony McKew

Head of Technology

Anthony has more than 35 years industry experience specialising in large-scale real-time transaction processing systems and databases in both Australia and the UK. He is passionate about delivering continuously available systems that provide resiliency, scalability and solid business outcomes. Over the past 12 years he has led the technical team at Premier in developing transactions processing technologies for banks and Blue Chip corporations. He also runs marathons and holds a Taekwondo black belt.

Carla is an experienced People and Culture leader who is passionate about creating inclusive environments, inspiring people and energising teams to enable superior business performance. She has a proven track record of successfully partnering with leaders to ensure the delivery of business relevant end to end people strategies. Her key focus at Premier is to create a culture that delivers an outstanding ‘employee experience’ and fuels business growth.

Michelle Yu

Head of Products & Services

With over a decade of solid experience in eCommerce, a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset, Michelle has thrived in the payments industry since the onset of her career. Since she began at Premier she has driven the continuous development of the leading eCommerce payments platform for one of Australia’s largest financial institutions. Her attention to detail and ability to also see the bigger picture continually keeps our product standards at the highest level.

Steve Fitzgerald

National Sales and Marketing Manager

Steve is a results-driven leader with broad experience in new business development, marketing, customer service and strategic partnerships. He is focused on helping clients deliver superb customer experience and has a proven ability in making excellent homemade ice cream. He’s a lover of all things outdoors – particularly surfing, snow-boarding and motorbike riding. A tandem flight in a MiG fighter jet is on the top of his bucket list.

Dougal Ingram

HCC Customer Support and Operations Manager

Dougal is a senior developer and systems engineer with a passion for identifying and developing innovative technology solutions. He has well developed critical thinking skills which, combined with his strong relationship management skills, ensure his success in meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
