The past few weeks have been difficult for everyone. We sincerely hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues are keeping safe.
We are continuing to provide all Services and Support
At Premier Technologies and MerchantSuite we have been doing everything we can to support our customers and ensure the continued delivery of our critical business services and support and a timely and effective response to any disruption of critical business services.
Most of our staff are now successfully working from home and we are pleased to report that all business activities are proceeding as planned. We also have a small number of staff working from the office on rotation to monitor and maintain all of our equipment and services. A deep on call roster is in place for sustained services and support should any issues arise or relevant staff fall ill.
We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and Government and Health Department alerts and will continually update:
- our BCP plans to ensure the continued and timely delivery of our services and support; and
- our work health and safety measures to ensure the ongoing safety of our employees.
Helping our Customers facilitate payments and working from home
We have reprioritised some of our product initiatives in response to customer requirements in the current environment. These include:
- Bringing forward work on our bill smoothing module. Many of our corporate and Government merchants are experiencing an increase in defaults or delays in receivables. Our bill smoothing module enables merchants to improve receivables by spreading one off, quarterly or annual bills into periodic payments, making it easier for their customers to handle large one-off payments.
- The release of our 24 hour express Cloud Customer Contact solution. This enables customer support, sales teams and other staff to work from home using just an internet connection, web browser and phone, within a day. The solution includes all of our features such as licence flexibility, real time dashboards and reporting, remote monitoring, call recording and full featured call flows and IVR.
